1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by RMM – Rayleigh Mobile Mechanics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide mobile vehicle diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and related mechanical services at the customer’s chosen location. All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition.

3. Quotes & Pricing
   •    Any quote provided is an estimate, not a fixed price
   •    Final costs may change if additional faults or parts are discovered
   •    Customers will be informed before any additional work is carried out
   •    Prices include labour unless otherwise stated

4. Call-Out & Diagnostic Fees
   •    Call-out and diagnostic fees cover time, travel, and expertise
   •    These fees are non-refundable once a mechanic has been dispatched

5. Bookings & Cancellations
   •    Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location details
   •    Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged
   •    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances

6. Repairs & Parts
   •    Parts supplied may be new or reconditioned unless agreed otherwise
   •    Any warranties on parts are subject to the manufacturer’s terms
   •    We are not responsible for faults unrelated to the work carried out

7. Liability
   •    We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage
   •    We are not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or external factors
   •    Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

8. Payment
   •    Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise
   •    Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking
   •    Failure to pay may result in recovery action

9. Safety & Access
   •    Customers must ensure safe access to the vehicle
   •    We reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
