Refund Policy

At RMM – Rayleigh Mobile Mechanics, we aim to provide a reliable and professional mobile mechanic service. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Call-out & Booking Fees
   •    Call-out fees are non-refundable once a mechanic has been dispatched
   •    Diagnostic fees cover time and expertise and are non-refundable

Repairs & Services
   •    If a repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen issues, you will only be charged for work already carried out
   •    If a fault related to our repair reoccurs within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will assess the issue

Cancellations
   •    Appointments cancelled with reasonable notice may not be charged
   •    Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee
